This is a unique opportunity to join a high-end, boutique property company that represents a select number of private clients and property investment companies. Our client’s expertise is focused on high value residential homes for the individual and mixed-usedevelopment schemes for their investment clients.

They currently have a superb position available for an experienced Administrator / Office Assistant to join their primely located office in Mayfair You will be responsible for providing general administration support to the team, as well supporting thebusiness development of new clients and opportunities.

The main elements to this role include:

- Managing the office and general office admin
- Supporting the business in developing appropriate policies, systems, and processes, which ensure legal compliance, and which are implemented consistently and effectively across the departments
- Assisting with financial project administration to family offices/clients
- Assisting with producing and delivering weekly/fortnightly project status reports to project management
- Providing assistance and creative input into marketing & new business strategies
- Monitoring and filing project documents and drawings
- Assisting with the production of development appraisals
- Assisting with the collating of O&M Manuals
- Taking responsibility for document storage and uploading of quotations
- Assisting on projects with any ad-hoc duties including minute taking and arranging project meetings
- Taking phone calls and deliveries from and to the office
- Promoting by consistent example internally and externally the philosophy and values of the business
- Modelling in your day-to-day practice, both internally and externally, the philosophy and values of the business, and in particular take responsibility for providing a level of service to clients and 3rd party associates accordingly.

Personal attributes and skills:

- Ideally have previous experience within a property administration role
- Strong administration skills and experience
- First class customer service skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Attention to detail
- Well presented
- Well-organised and proven ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent IT skills.

The salary on offer will be £25,000.
