rthirteen are excited to be supporting a reputable retailer in their search for a **Customer Service Manager** to lead and motivate their team. You will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensure standards are exceeded. Key aspects of the role include recruiting and training new team members,identifying issues and creating remedial solutions, and striving for continuous development in the department.

**The day to day**
- Recruiting, coaching and leading employees.
- Managing absences, including organising forms, leading meetings and liaising with HR.
- Communicating job expectations and ensuring standards are exceeded.
- Leading, supporting and motivating a busy team and individuals, specifically when dealing with difficult situations and demanding tasks.
- Identifying problems, handling complaints and creating remedial solutions.
- Leading disciplinaries and managing team competency and underperformance.

**You will have/be**
- Experience managing a call centre or customer service department.
- Communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to lead, support and train a team.
- Well organised with the ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations.
- Excellent IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

This is a full time, permanent position working 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. ­­­The opportunity offers a competitive salary, depending on experience.
