An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service Coordinator** to join an international automotive & machinery manufacturer, at their Norwich site. You will be responsible for the coordination of the engineering schedule,liaising closely with customers & engineers to ensure all services, breakdowns & machine installations are completed smoothly & effectively.

**Duties to include**:

- Handling & resolving customer enquiries.
- Scheduling & communicating engineer workloads.
- Accurately recording all correspondence.
- Monitoring processed orders via IT systems to ensure progression.
- Managing stock, ordering required parts & linking to the appropriate works order.
- Liaising internally to ensure all parts have been correctly distributed.

**You will have/be**:

- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Well organised with solid problem-solving skills.

This is a full time, permanent position working 8:30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this role is £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. This opportunity includes 22 days annual leave + bank holidays & on site parking.
