The Technical Operations Centre Team Leader (TOC TL) will be primarily responsible for managing our 24/7 TOC team, consisting of infrastructure, network, and security technical specialists, delivering IT services to Spherica’s customers. This is a challenging role that requires high levels of gravitas and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders while owning and leading the customer engagement fully. In addition, you will be well versed in ITIL service management processes, possess good problem-solving skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver successful IT services under pressure and on time.
**Requirements**:
As the TOC TL, you will be responsible for the planning and management of resources within the TOC team to ensure services are provided at client sites as per contractual agreements; ensure SLAs are matched accordingly with the contracted service to avoid service credits; act as support for the Technical Delivery Managers (TDM) with line management responsibilities for the TOC team’s KPI & Performance Development activities; act as an escalation contact for the customer for TOC-related incidents, and report to both the Technical and Service Delivery Managers assigned to the Customer account where required to ensure these are fulfilled to minimise impact to the Customer.
