**Responsibilities**:
- Develop both the strategy and implementation of a unique programme of virtual and in-person thought leading events, that foster tangible and measurable commercial impact for the coming 12 months
- Work on the end-to-end cycle of a programme, from conceptualisation to delivery, including working with our innovation team to select dynamic topics and ways of running our events - creating the event copy & content for webinars - and working with the marketing team to drive attendance and campaigns
- Managing the logistics of an event with ad hoc support from the team

**Internal Comms Responsibilities**:

- Work with MGX & the people team on the content and key updates, ensuring employees feel like part of the conversation and key business areas feel like they have the opportunity to communicate their strategy.
- Drive participation, attendance and engagement at those events for both the US & UK, with the ultimate aim of having everyone feel more connected.
- Support with internal events (such as Christmas parties) as required.
**Key Projects/Deliverables**:

- Delivery of MindGym's first formal programme of internal communications
- And any other ideas that we're missing
**Experience/Skillset**:
