**Location: Glasgow**

**Shift**:Full time Monday to Friday

**Part time**: 30 hours over three days between Monday and Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support face to face
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilise excellent product and service knowledge as well as your communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry to accurately record customer interactions and update customer accounts
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services when applicable to enhance customer experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse customer situations and provide appropriate solutions

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
