As a Customer Support Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage with potential customers and guide them through the sign-up process. With a focus on delivering top-notch service, you'll be the face of our brand, representing our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with potential customers in the field, showcasing our products/services and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify opportunities to generate new leads and drive customer sign-ups through strategic outreach efforts.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to fellow team members to ensure collective success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and report on key metrics related to customer sign-ups and satisfaction, leveraging insights to optimize performance.

This is a full-time position with weekend availability required, offering a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
