About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Intrum. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing tailored solutions to reduce overall customer debt and ensuring compliance with Company procedures and regulations.
  • Provide personalized and customer-focused service, being transparent and delivering solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and loyalty.

  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
