Our customer experience team provide exceptional support to holiday makers, Owners, staff across our holiday parks and colleagues within our central team. We share once clear vision - our customer’s experience means everything. Our support service may vary from creating employee bookings, to amending holiday makers’ holidays, to supporting our on park teams. We are a driven team who work across multi-communication channels to ensure we listen to the voice of our customer.

Our customer experience team are excited to announce we are expanding our team following recent internal progression.
We offer support to both internal and external customers, with one clear vision - our customer’s experience is everything.

Provide exceptional customer service in responding to day-to-day communications from holiday makers, Owners, central or park teams.
Work in conjunction with all service teams across the business to ensure service standards are met whilst driving best practise across the business to deliver a one team approach.
Responsible for accurate data collection and input to ensure that we have insightful management information which will allow us to identify trends and opportunities.
To display a proactive and flexible attitude towards achieving business targets and be able to work under pressure within a dynamic and changing environment.
To maintain a friendly and approachable manner whilst delivering excellent service for both our internal and external customers; to demonstrate Parkdean Resorts values within all interactions.
Pro-actively work to improve customer experience by exploring new ways of working to improve our practices, focussing on adding value and bettering our customer journey.
Work across the wider Customer Experience Team through multi-skilling, to best support the seasonality of Holiday Sales, Owners & Park Support Teams.

Person Specification
Passionate and caring about improving holiday experiences.
Fantastic service skills across multiple communication channels - both verbal and written.
Enjoy problem solving with a solution focussed view.
Resourceful and forward thinking; always looking for suitable outcomes to meet the needs of our customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures with great attention to detail.
Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks in order of importance.
Ability to confidently use systems and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
