Assist leaders and HR business partners with employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary, sickness absence, probation extensions and grievance cases, to ensure timely resolution and adherence to legal considerations. Support leaders with Occupational Health referrals, advising on the implementation of reasonable adjustments where appropriate. Use reporting to identify and explore trends, taking action where appropriate. Support with the development of policies and procedures to ensure legal and general operation of the business.
Support with tendering, TUPE and restructure projects. Support the Head of HR Business Partnering in the delivery of the wellbeing strategy through activities and initiatives, such as delivering employee surveys and supporting with the colleague forum. Assist in the delivery of EID initiatives by exploring trends and ensuring employee demographic information is captured and reported via dashboard to support with informed decision making and taking relevant action. Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation.
About You Demonstrable experience in an HR role Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently Demonstrable experience of implementing/support with HR policies Demonstrable experience of working with data Demonstrable experience of developing and improving the delivery of People processes and procedures Knowledge/Understanding of employment law and regulations Awareness of how to document horizon scanning accordingly. Awareness of TUPE and data Awareness of employee wellbeing strategies.
