To manage and lead the human resource provision to the Departments and Clinical Boards allocated and provide support to HR Advisors To provide an effective operational service in all aspects of human resource management to defined Departments and Clinical Boards to help them achieve their objectives To be flexible with regard to covering across all Departments and Clinical Boards on a day-to-day basis in the absence of colleagues To take specific responsibility for particular areas of work, including project work As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
