Executive Assistant to Operations Directors

To provide support to the Regional Director of the Southeast of England, the Regional Director of the Northeast of England and to the Director of On Park Compliance and Safety.
**Support for Regional Directors**:
- Organise travel and accommodation.
- Manage complaint and escalation communications.
- Co-ordinate meetings and events.
- Assist in the preparation of papers, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare agendas and the documenting of minute and action points from meetings.
- Maintain a calendar of key deadlines, monitoring, and reporting on delivery against deadlines.
- Prepare expense returns.
- Maintain correspondence files and permanent information files.
- Host Teams calls in line with Director requests.
- Other day to day administrative tasks
- Coordinate the management of projects and data requests.
**Support for Director of On Park Compliance and Safety**:
- As part of governance meetings, provide administrative support, create agendas, co-ordinate diaries, take accurate and comprehensive notes of the meetings and collate actions.
- Partner alongside the finance business partner to ensure orders are raised and goods receipted to ensure the smooth running of the compliance and safety budget.
- To prepare and submit expense returns accurately and promptly.
- Accurate production and circulation of weekly reports using excel and on-line systems and any other ad-hoc reports, presentations, and graphical information to facilitate data-based decision making.

- Excellence in IT literacy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good working relationships across the business and with suppliers and advisors.

- Has high levels of personal energy and responds positively and constructively to changing circumstances to achieve results.
