Affiliate Partnership Executive

The role of the Partnership Sales Executive in our Commercial Business Development team is to optimise and manage our affiliate campaigns.
The role requires a team player who is target-driven with the ability to use data-lead decision making to effectively utilise our channel budgets and develop best practice. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to understand the direction of trading and collaborating with marketing agencies and financial tech partners to optimise our web traffic and conversion.
You will monitor and analyse the results of campaigns including weekly and monthly reporting and support the marketing agencies in managing complex partner relationships.
You’ll be joining the Commercial Business Development team, where our focus is to partner with businesses outside of our organisation to attract, acquire and retain holiday customers, supporting the company vision of becoming the UK’s favourite staycation provider.
- Liaising with marketing agency to manage the affiliate platform
- Lead and assist in negotiating affiliate tenancy and exposure with key partners
- Utilise incentives and bonus structure to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Deliver and support key campaigns
- Leverage internal data, partner insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure a best-in-class programme
- Analysis of performance to derive insights and key learnings
- Analysis of key market trends and competitor landscape
- Validations & handling transaction queries
- Deliver on the team strategies with good quality work, efficiently and on time
- Collaborating with financial tech partners and strategic partners to ensure a best-in-class programme
- Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Address partner concerns and escalate where appropriate
**Person Specification**
- Affiliate marketing experience, ideally gained from a high-growth, online or multi-channel business
- Working knowledge of Affiliate networks (ideally Partnerize and/or Affiliate Window)
- A proven record of yielding a performance marketing budget and delivering against finance measures
- Experience with management and tracking technologies used to measure affiliate performance (ie. APIs, GA and GTM, feeds, widgets, etc)
- A passion for digital marketing
- Commercial outlook, business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
- Able to statistically analyse data and determine partner or market success focused around ROI and ROAS
- Strong sales, negotiation and partnership management skills - knowing the UK staycation market is a plus
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
