What you will be doing...
- To support the Central Credit Control function in driving Park activity to ensure owner debt is at an acceptable level and the risk of bad debt is minimised.
- Administration and continuous improvement of the automated debt functionality in Salesforce (c20,000 accounts) ensuring all processes are delivered to the agreed SLAs.
- Issue Weekly Debt Reports to the senior leadership team summarising the debt position, highlighting key issues, insight on debt movement and areas for escalation.
- Issue Weekly Debt Reports to the Regional Directors providing detailed insight and actions by region.
- Prepare reporting pack and presenting at the Weekly Credit Risk meeting with SLT providing oversight in debt movement, detailed analysis and actions on key areas.
- Build effective relationships between the Credit Control central team, O2C team, Owner Support team and the park Admin teams to ensure the debt process is followed correctly and the debt is being actively chased.
- Carry out weekly debt calls with the parks, documenting and following up on actions agreed.
- Work as a cohesive unit to ensure everyone is proactively involved in driving continuous improvement in process and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the O2C (Order to Cash) team to optimise performance and maintain the highest level of service to our owners.
- Ownership of defaulted Owner debt recovery including working closely with the outsource debt company to drive recovery of aged debt and assist with queries and reporting.
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
- AAT Level 4, CICM or equivalent with significant experience in an end-to-end Credit Control role within a complex, high volume, fast paced environment
- Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of high-volume transactional process management
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high quality and excellent customer service
- Experience in process improvements - timeliness, accuracy and efficiency
- Strong planning, time management and organisational skills
