- Assist Finance Administrator with payroll process.
- Inputting and approving shifts on employee punch clock software.
- Inputting accounts information into Sage.
- Dealing with petty cash and expenses.
- Recording credit card transactions.
- To support Finance Administrator with all accounts related issues.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
