Are you a confident, adaptable and motivated individual seeking a FULLY REMOTE role within a busy and varied position? Our client is seeking a hardworking, dedicated and experienced customer service executive to join their small and expanding team on a temporary to Permanent basis paying £12.25 per hour with flexible working hours.

**Your new role**:

- This is a busy Contact Centre role
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls
- Dealing with and processing any incoming customer information
- Creating and updating customer files
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Giving information or pricing and any quires that the customers have

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Excellent PC skills are required
- Proven call handler experience or similar would be essential
- You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous
