**Responsibilities**:

- Opening job files and logging enquiries.
- Coordinate projects, arrange installs, book installers.
- Ordering materials and allocating to specific jobs.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Maintaining good processes.
- Supporting project managers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Ideally some experience in project management, from enquiry to delivery
- Experience in construction.
- Excellent admin skills.
- Excellent communication.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, to deliver results and meet critical deadlines.

**The Package**:

- Salary - £26,000 per annum
- Full-time, 5 days a week.
- All expenses paid when travelling for business

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
