Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team at Gap Personnel - Exeter. As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the order department, processing and quoting for tenders, and helping with new projects, quotes, and orders.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with and assist in the order department to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Assist in processing and quoting for tenders to meet customer needs.
  • Help with new projects, quotes, and orders to drive business growth.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Office experience is essential for this role.
  • Window designer software experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work are crucial.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this position.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour days.
  • Competitive salary range of £27,500 - £30,000 per annum.
