Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Sphere Solutions. This is a permanent role that offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those at the assistant level to embark on a rewarding career in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Project Delivery team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
  • Conducting precise setting out and surveying on diverse projects, including but not limited to highways, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, and drainage systems.
  • Collaborating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, and the general workforce to ensure seamless project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A HNC/D or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop within a structured team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following experience will be advantageous:
  • Previous experience as a Site Engineer, particularly in areas such as highways, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, and drainage.
  • Proficiency in using GPS and other advanced digital setting out equipment.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and various Microsoft Office applications.
