The V&V group is globally recognised, with the research and engineering teams siting on global standards & regulatory committees as the UK representatives (i.e. ISO TC 204/WG14 and ISO TC22/ SC33/ WG9), being lead author of international standards on self-driving shuttles/ pods, and contributing to many more standards (i.e. ASAM OpenODD, OpenLABEL, BSI 1889 & BSI 1883). Along with having developed the world’s largest public database of test scenarios for CAV’s, Safety Pool Scenario Database, and leading on a pillar of the UK Governments pioneering CAM Test Bed programme, Midlands Future Mobility.
