Administration Co-ordinator

Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment.
- Experience of maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems.
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- To ensure data and reports are accurate and produced in line with deadlines.
- To be able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Good communication skills.
- Good understanding of apprenticeships.
- Desirable - Good understanding of ESFA compliance paperwork.
The Role:
- You will ensure up to date information is maintained on systems and all required documentation is in place before onboarding to maintain funding compliance.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records that comply with ESFA and Ofsted regulations.
- You will deliver outstanding levels of customer experience to all apprentices and employers.
- Support the wider business at peak times with additional administration duties. - You will liaise with external stakeholders.
- Attend events such as recruitment fairs, open days and school visits to promote apprenticeships
