Located on site with our client you rwill provide administrative support for the HR function to the business.

The role is for 20 hours per week work 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 5 hours a day.

Wew are looking for a detail orientated individual with a pasion for administration and a keen interested to develop in a Human Reosurces role.

Responsibilities will include:

- Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the HR Team.
- Manage and manitain HR records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist in the co-ordination of recruitment processes.
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Handle employee enquires and facilitate effective communication with the department and wider business
- Generate reports and maintain documentation to support HR initiatives

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
