**Responsibilities**:
1. Owning the administration of the Client resource upload process

2. CRM data entry and daily tickets to resolve

3. Running daily data checks and processes to ensure integrity of the data

4. Creating and managing reports/dashboards

5. System regression testing in preparation for upgrades

6. Document processes and guides

7. Provide user support

Capabilities:
1. Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

3. Team player with positive “can-do” attitude

4. Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality

6. Strong problem solving skills

7. Salesforce experience desired but not must have

8. Able to demonstrate some understanding or show interest in the Equities business and how various teams work together (e.g. sales, research, sales trading, ECM)

9. Able to demonstrate some understanding or show interest of the Buy Side institutional landscape, their business structure and the nature of the relationship with Sell Side.
