CRM Data Specialist

Amref Health Africa UK seeks to fill the position of a CRM specialist to implement and oversee the migration from the current CRM, Raisers Edge, to Microsoft Dynamics and will ensure that the new CRM runs smoothly with mínimal disruption to core business. This is a critical role managing and implementing the migration in collaboration with the UK Senior Management Team and global colleagues. **This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract on a part time, 3-day per week basis.**

To maximise our performance, we need to improve our database resource. The postholder will provide the expertise and knowledge of fundraising databases and have the technical ability to create and maintain new systems and processes to support our fundraising growth.

They will improve and implement data systems so that the database is used to its maximum potential while maintaining the database an ensuring data integrity. They will design new processes and develop and implement reporting tools to aid analysis and insight. The role will give the post holder the opportunity to hold shape database management for the organisation, establish new ways of working to ensure Amref is compliant, insight driven and integrated across platforms.

Our UK team is composed of Fundraising (Individual Giving and Philanthropy with a focus on unrestricted funding), Programmes and Strategic Partnerships (restricted income), Communications, Finance and Administration functions. Amref UK’s primary role is income generation from a range of donors including individuals (HNWIs and regular giving), Events, institutions, trusts and foundations and corporate partners. Our fundraising supports four crucial and complementary programmatic themes: Maternal, New-born and Child Health; Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH); and training of health workers.
