**The Department**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Owning the administration of the Client resource upload process
- CRM data entry and daily tickets to resolve
- Running daily data checks and processes to ensure integrity of the data
- Creating and managing reports/dashboards
- System regression testing in preparation for upgrades
- Document processes and guides
- Provide user support

**Key Capabilities & Knowledge**:

- Provide user support
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Team player with positive “can-do” attitude
- Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
- Strong problem solving skills
- Salesforce experience desired but not must have
- Able to demonstrate some understanding or show interest in the Equities business and how various teams work together (e.g. sales, research, sales trading, ECM)
- Able to demonstrate some understanding or show interest of the Buy Side institutional landscape, their business structure and the nature of the relationship with Sell Side.
