**Single Homeless Project** has a new opportunity for a **Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator **to join and work in our team based in **London**. You will join us on a** **full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours **and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of **£40,500.30 rising incrementally to £43,343.65 per annum.**

**About the role**:
**Do you have the strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience to fill our new MS CRM Administrator post? Could you make a positive impact to our organisation’s in-house high-quality IT service?**

As MS Dynamics Administrator, you will have excellent administration skills in managing MS Dynamics CRM system and integration with the reporting experience, and have a drive for continual improvement. You will collate and manage SHP’s key requirements and information across the different systems for services to help find efficiencies by using CRM system. You will be overseeing business processes that are designed to improve upon or achieve business goals across the organisation.

You will help develop a culture of exemplary customer service and professional excellence where new and improved working methods are embraced, and knowledge and skills are shared. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as having effective communication skills; in order to liaise with people internally and externally.

**Our attractive benefits package includes**:

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am - 4pm) in non-accommodation services
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
- A contributory pension scheme: Single Homeless Project will contribute the equivalent of 5% of your annual salary
