**Part time (3 days a week)**
- **Job Purpose**
To contribute to the success of the company in various key areas including Administrative and Support functions, with primary focus on the capture of pertinent, accurate information and management of the systems used for this purpose.
- ** Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
Duties will include but not be restricted to:
- Coordinating with employers to establish their Digital Apprenticeship Service Account (DAS) and supporting employers with the use of DAS.
- Monitor and update ILR records with any changes such as break-in-learning, withdrawals and employer co-investment payment.
- Resolving funding errors from monthly individual learner record (ILR) returns
- Creating and amending learner accounts on external data systems (Aptem/Onefile)
- Dealing with enquiries from potential learners and existing apprentices on issues relating to Aptem/Onefile.
- Assisting the Data and Systems Manager with the extracting and reporting data from Aptem and Onefile when required
- Assisting the Data and Systems Manager with managing the ILR in preparation for the monthly submission
- To work with the Data and Systems Manager to maintain an understanding of funding methodology and audit, including learner ILR requirements, Ofsted data practices and Quality processes.
- Exam invigilation as and when required.

**The Data and Systems Administrator will need to practice their work within Standard Operating Procedures and comply with all CSR policies and procedures applicable to their role as well as those imposed by Partner Companies, lead providers, funding agencies and awarding bodies.
- ** Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills**
- Experience within education and/or business administration background essential
- Attention to detail, excellent time management, proactivity, interpersonal skills
- Level 3 qualification preferred
- English and maths at level 2 (grade C or 4 or above)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
