This role is based in the Careers and Student Enterprise Service which is the career, employability and enterprise nucleus of the University of East London. **About the Job**

As first point of contact for all resident the post holder must always provide a high standard of customer care, respond effectively to a broad range of UEL Halls of Residence related enquiries and provide administrative support to the Residential Life Office.

The postholder will work on delivering an excellent, effective and customer focused experience for our 1169 student residents in the Halls of Residence, which requires administrative skills and attention to detail. Working alongside colleagues within the team and the wider University, the postholder must ensure a high level of service is provided.

**About You**

Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience, you will have experience in a customer-facing role. You should have strong customer service, communication, IT and administrative skills. You are expected to be flexible to respond to the needs of the Residential Life team and stakeholders depending on changing client requirements and the priorities of the team and are required to work regular weekends.
