**About the role**:
We are seeking a brilliant administrator to join us

The new Placements and Partnerships Administrator role is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the well respected and highly supportive Teaching and Learning Team.

Providing professional administrative support and information to our undergraduate students, the post holder will work closely with our NHS partners, community pharmacies, MPharm programme accreditors (GPhC) along with our esteemed academic staff.

The post holder will have the opportunity to act independently, making their own decisions and plan their own workload while being supported by a manager and the rest of the team. No day will be the same and you will be involved in a variety of activities so flexible working is a necessity along with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

You will be working within a highly supportive environment and will be able to undertake training and learning to enhance your skills across your chosen disciplines.
- This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.
- All staff in the Teaching and Learning team are currently working 40% of their time on campus and 60% from home, however this may change in the future

**About you**:
You will be proactive, flexible and solutions-driven, being able to work both independently and as part of a team. A professional attitude, willingness to help, and ability to deal professionally with a broad range of stakeholders and issues are a must.

Key duties include coordination and administration of placements and responding to enquiries. Working with key stakeholders to ensure quality assurance is maintained and documented. Working alongside the Teaching and Learning Team you will also be expected to provide administration support in examinations and assessments, along with providing support with committees, meetings and reports.
