Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our established client in Gillingham to recruit a Customer Account Handler who will be required to nurture and maintain current accounts to ensure stakeholders continue to renew their contracts with our clients.

This position as a Customer Account Holder is a rare opportunity to join an organisation who are undergoing an exciting growth period and you will be a vital part of that growth with maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Do you have what it takes to be a part of their Customer account holders team?

The role of this Customer Account Holder includes:

- Ensure you are maintaining attention to detail when adding notes to clients accounts
- Sending out risk assessments to clients along with method assessments for clients to carry out works
- Checking in with clients to ensure they are fully satisfied and if they are needing any support
- Arrange call outs and book engineers to complete maintenance and servicing
- Organise paperwork for engineers to ensure they are fully up to date with the issue for the client when delegated them for their maintenance slot
- Ensure clients are renewing their contracts by getting in touch briefly to discuss any changes
- Solve any complaints which may come in within a timely manner

To be a successful Customer Account Handler you will have:

- Great communication skills to liaise with clients
- An adaptable personality to take on new responsibilities
- Great IT skills
- Previous experience dealing producing purchase orders
- Ability to work under pressure
