We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our dynamic service team at Connect Personnel Limited.
About the Role:
- Maintain and build strong relationships with a portfolio of clients in the Fire and Security System Industry.
- Respond to service requests, scheduling maintenance, callout, and remedial visits.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, liaising with engineers and clients to schedule visits.
- Address emergency call-outs within stated KPIs.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure visits are booked in accordance with Senseco procedures, maximizing engineer utilization.
- Provide risk assessments and method statements for planned maintenance work.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and promptly processed.
- Undertake general administrative duties, including answering emails and data entry.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good written, oral, and numerical skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
- Ability and desire to learn legal and regulatory compliance for the fire industry.
