As a Customer Service Account Handler, you will be part of a close-knit and friendly team and a pivotal part of the company's ongoing success in providing the best service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with clients and engineers to book planned maintenance, remedial works and additional tasks.
- Ensure these works are completed within deadlines and commercially correct.
- Support with the administration and provision of Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
- Ensure that all emergency call-outs are attended within set timescales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, being an advocate for the business values and positive reputation.
- Deliver prompt service and manage any queries effectively, escalate any issues immediately to the Team Leader to avoid complaints.
- Detailed administration and record keeping.
To Be Successful:
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Naturally ambitious and organised.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment - we can teach you everything else.
- Genuine team player that can use their own initiative.
- Capacity to learn.
