About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Handler to join our dynamic service team at Senseco Systems Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to our clients in the fire and security industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service requests from our client base, providing a robust service provision and liaising with clients and the engineering team.
  • Schedule maintenance, callout, and remedial visits to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and promptly processed, including worksheets and purchase orders.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, including data entry and answering emails.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer literate, with experience using Office 365 and CRM systems.
