Position**:Customer Service Manager**

**For the successful Customer Service Manager, our client is offering**:
- £40,000 - £50,000 P/A Depending on experience
- Car Allowance £650 per month
- Full-time position, 37 hours per week.
- Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and 8 AM to 4.30 PM Friday.
- Immediate interviews/starts are available.
- Ongoing training and future development.
**The Role - Customer Service Manager**:
- To lead, inspire and engage a Service Support Team to deliver industry-leading Service to customers, to ensure all Company and performance objectives are achieved and that individuals are developed to continually improve and fulfill their potential.
**What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Manager**:
- Support all Service Sales and P&L for the Customer Service functions together with other colleagues.
- To provide short and long-term forecasts for P&Ls you are responsible for.
- To provide monthly reports for the Service function to the management team.
- To support sales development towards setting targets including parts, contracts, and maintenance.
- To cooperate with central services where applicable.
- Assess and adjust the profitability of maintenance contracts and continually improve.
- Develop a standard way of working for more efficiency.
- Drive abilities for innovative business solutions, targeting the life cycle of the customer.
- Deploy a proactive safety culture of zero incidents while promoting and ensuring the completion of safety training and programs together with key stakeholders.
- Provide support to Technical Support Manager and functions.
- To actively participate in the budget and strategic planning of the business unit.
- To actively participate in the transformation from product
- to service culture.
- Develop and optimise service operations on both field and workshop to ensure the lead time, local parts supply chain, quality, and efficiency.
- Measure, communicate, and improve key performance indicators, support continuous improvement and best practices, and share activities at and across Market Areas.
- Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of the Services Management System.
- Manage and motivate teams driven by business needs.
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company's safety rules/procedures and with regulations and codes of practice.
**Background / Qualifications required for the Customer Service Managers position**:
- Recognised Business Studies, Commercial or Technical Qualification.
- At least 10 years of relevant business/service operational experience.
- Ideally have a motor trade or truck dealership background.
- Proven track record in a leadership position.
- Creative business mind with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international business environment in a matrix organization.
**Key skills or similar Job titles as the Customer Service Manager**:
Customer Service Manager, Senior Customer Service Advisor, Warranty Manager, Senior customer service officer.
