**Purpose of the position**:
The purpose of the position is to assist and integrate within the ASTS team who provide live/real-time Hiab, Multilift Moffett & Loglift technical support for external/Internal ASC’s, along with internal service back office function and customers including Key accounts.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Supported by the Tech team
- Give admin support and assistance with our training facilities and operations
- Be involved and assisting with Reviewing & advising the service team with high cost quotations & dispute queries as they come through mail inbox
- Assist with Reporting product faults and issues using C-Case, and liaising with factory & CX warranty personnel
- Assist with maintaining and distribution of work instructions & bulletins for those solutions
- Space password management & yearly password renewal & distribution.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Be able to demonstrate relevant qualifications and/or experience across most if not all of these areas of responsibility; have the ability to confidently and effectively work on your own & within a small team in an ever changing environment
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability and confidence to clearly communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Have a sound knowledge of mobile hydraulics and ideally variable pumps and electrical control systems
- Have the patience, methodology and will to be able to analyses & diagnose often complex problems in the future
- Possess good I.T. skills, including MS Office, Outlook and C-office (C-Service)
- Be proactive in approach, possessing a resilient / robust nature allowing you to work well under pressure within a busy and challenging environment
- Be flexible with regard to working hours (including out of hours) and tasks performed
- Have excellent planning, organization, time management, and communication / interpersonal skills.
