**About Our Client**:

- Coordinate, manage and track cases of vulnerable customers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve issues.
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's mission and values.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Report on case progress, customer feedback, and improvements made.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Promote a culture of high-quality customer service within the team.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful 'Vulnerable Customer Coordinator' should have:

- Experience in customer service, especially within a call centre environment.
- Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
