Customer Services Coordinator

**Position Summary**
Customer Service is located in the main production office with the other main departments that you will be working alongside. Our team size is currently five Coordinators working between Packed and Bulk customer services of which all report to the Customer Services Manager.
Key responsibilities are liaising with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to ensure that our finished products are produced and despatched in a timely manner.
The Customer Service Coordinators are the first point of contact for our customers, therefore it is valuable to the company to give the best first impressions of Sime Darby Oils that we can and going forward for their day to day requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with customers as a first contact for any issues, questions or requests of information
- Coordinating the booking slots for the hauliers to collect finish products.
- Liaising with Hauliers as a first contact for any issues, questions, or requests of information
- Arranging and administrating any extra haulage as and when required.
- Ordering of supplies / materials, i.e., Hardstock, caustic, Citric and incoming oils for production
- Administration of Haulier/Supplier invoices for processing before sending to Finance Team
- Administration of any possible extra charges/Demurrage/credits etc for customers
- Administration and update of CST SOP’s
- Any other HSE or Quality requirement that SDO need to be facilitated.
- Should be flexible and able to work on a rota basis between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 (37.5hrs per week)

**a) Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification requirements would be 4 GCSE Grade C and above - or equivalent, Mathematics would be essential.
**b) Skills and Experience**
- Good administration skills and telephone manner
- Attention to detail with Order processing.
- Logistical experience required.
- Excellent spreadsheet knowledge and experience
- Sage 200 experience, but not essential as training can be given.
- CMDB/SAP experience preferred but not essential as training can be given.
- Self-motivated and focused.
