Nustaff Recruitment have been instructed by a leading construction company seeking a Project Administrator to join their fantastic team in the heart of South Wales.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Create and update workflows
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Order resources, like Plant, Equipment & Materials
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and prepare O&M manuals)
- Assist the Production & Commercial team to monitor cost and performance on live projects
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measure and report on project performance
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Work with the Bid Team to develop tender submissions

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role ideally in Construction
- Hands-on experience with technical documentation and schedules
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Solid organization and time-management skills
- Excellent team player
