Concept Resourcing are delighting to be working with an established and growing organisation who provide in-store retail IT systems, working with some of the biggest household brand names on the high street in the fashion and hospitality sectors. They are constantly growing and evolving and so this is an exciting opportunity for you to grow with them.

We are looking for a Project Administrator who will have responsibility for supporting the Project Managers with the effective implementation and management of retail IT projects, ensuring they are completed on-time and to budget whilst always providing exceptional customer service to their clients.

**As the Project Administrator your key tasks and responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the Project Managers on all assigned projects, including ordering and tracking equipment, monitoring due dates of project team deliverables, scheduling resources, arranging site access/permits, and producing RAMS.
- Assisting the Project Managers with ensuring the project scope is well documented and managed effectively throughout the delivery cycle of the project.
- Monitoring the engineer resource calendar and EU travel arrangements to always ensure cost-effective planning.
- Liaising with store colleagues to obtain key information for project delivery.
- Supporting PMs with the monitoring of project costs and budgets.
- Updating and maintaining project tickets CRM system.
- Working effectively and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**

We are looking for an individual that is process driven and methodical, with an eye for detail and accuracy. This role would suit someone that enjoys scheduling, organising, and working to tight deadlines. Strong time management and prioritisation skills are required for this role.

You will work in a very collaborative environment and so you will be someone who enjoys working in a team and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. It is important that you have strong IT skills and are able to pick up new tasks quickly.
