**The Position: People Systems Coordinator**

To work in conjunction with other operational team members to ensure all personnel are making an effective contribution to the overall running of the organisation

**Job Requirements**:
1. Employee Relations
- Supporting People Systems BP with misconduct investigations and disciplinaries.
- Supporting Managers with ER issues.

2. Recruitment & Selection
- Administration of recruitment process end to end for all roles including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
- Administration and coordination of Onboarding new employees.

3. Training & Development
- Monitoring of on the job training to ensure training is completed.
- Arranging internal and external training as and when required.

4. Management Information Reporting

5. Payroll processing for all Bama Europa sites.

6. Agency management - communicating with temporary labour providers regarding projected changes in requirements, conducting agency audits and dealing with agency worker issues.

7. Systems key user for ADP Time and Attendance.

8. Coordinating visits from team members from outside UK.

9. Stock and replenish meeting rooms and stationery.

10. General People Systems Admin tasks.

11. Any other duties as requested by management.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- CIPD level 3
- Working towards or achieved CIPD level 5
