**Role Summary**

Are you a Deputy Responsible Welding Coordinator (dRWC) with a passion for ensuring excellence in welding activities with a practical background in welding? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to progress to the next level and become a Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) Level B. As a Deputy Welding CoOrdinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving quality assurance in all welding operations.

As a Deputy Responsible Welding Coordinator (dRWC), you will be responsible for assisting with the specification, documentation, and verification of welding and associated NDT requirements for Tecforce. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all welding activities within the business align with industry requirements, particularly BS EN 15085.

**Are you an individual with the following?**
- European/International Welding Technologist, or be in the process of completing your qualification.
- Practical experience in MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG welding.
- Experience in an RWC/DRWC/Weld Engineer role.
- Should have a good understanding of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as magnetic particle inspection (MPI), dye penetrant inspection (DPI), and ultrasonic testing (UT), as well as their limitations.
- Experience with mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and cast steel advantageous.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Act within the welding team as the Deputy Responsible Welding Coordinator (dRWC) for Tecforce.
- Assist with maintaining EN 15085 accreditation.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Welding Coordinator to develop, produce and maintain WPQRs, WPSs and instructions to enable new and existing projects.
- Qualify and train welders for new projects and maintain their qualifications by prolongation.
- Assist with the supervision and coordination of welding activities on and off-site, (This role would predominantly be supporting off-site activities).
- Assist with selecting suitable processes, tools, equipment, and technologies to develop Tecforce welding activities.
- Provide support to operations and the engineering department regarding welding and NDT matters.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
