**Move Coordinator / Administrator**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced Move Coordination team as a Coordinator at Johnsons 1871. The department is still in the development stage and the scope of the role may vary as the department grows and develops to meet business needs.

As a Coordinator you will be reporting to the Scheduling manager / Client Manager and will be responsible for assisting the management of the post sales booking process across the company.
This role demands a confident planner, with the ability to retain information, prioritise their work and confidently challenge and escalate issues.

The role involves flexible working to cover the business hours Monday to Friday full hours to be discussed at interview.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Effective scheduling, data entry and planning of resources for all bookings and interrogating operating margins to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Driving cost savings through effective backloading and optimal load planning.
- Monitoring progress on all outstanding jobs with a focus on schedule adherence to ensure on-time delivery for our customers.
- Investigating each booking’s specifics to ensure all operational departments and individuals have clear instruction, understand all the necessary information and have the right equipment and resources to complete the job.
- Coordinating the work, resource, equipment and vehicles for all bookings to ensure effective and efficient delivery and completion of works in accordance with company health and safety procedures and policies whilst meeting all client SLA’s.
- Completion of Bookings
- Completing Pre Move telephone calls.
- Waste Management
- Liaising across departments to effectively communicate accurate information and building excellent relationships within the team and across the business to deliver company goals, values and KPIs
- Communicating directly and building relationships with key clients and third parties
- Accurately raising client reports on the in-house CRM system
- Assisting with any ad-hoc administration requests
- Escalating any scheduling or operational issues to the Scheduling Manager / Client Manager
- Become a business expert in understanding the different types of work our business carries out and be able to plan effectively to meet the needs of delivery and the client.
