Global Nexis Solutions is looking for a Team lead Sales UK & MEA, managing sales executives located in London and the Middle East on a daily basis.

The Teamlead Sales will report to the Head of Sales UK & MEA who will be responsible for the entire UK & MEA team of account managers, sales executives, and support executives.

We are looking for a Sales manager with a proven track record in overdelivering on its sales targets while capable of creating an environment of accountability, integrity, discipline and (over) performance for the sales team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead strategically smart short-term initiatives related to planning, implementation, execution, and successful achievement of sales, to reach corporate targets of market penetration, revenue, margin metrics, EBITDA, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding all products, services, infrastructure, and operations to achieve optimal insight into the company’s product development, capabilities, support, and functionality requirements.
- Provide thought leadership, strategy, research, RFP responses, and other sales related programs.
- Operate in a highly complex sales environment with multi-product, multi-persona view, with various sales cycles and price points.

Lead and develop a sales team through building confidence and motivation.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales and retention quotas
- Lead and mentor the UK & MEA team in developing existing clients' relationships in the region as well as developing business development efforts with prospective clients in the region
- Mange the executives via standard sales methodologies such as BANT, and analyse their activities and adaptation of Salesforce & additional automation tools
- Represent Nexis Solutions in external events, conferences, and panels as required/relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales at data or business information provider, including preferably at least 2 years of managerial experience (financial, legal and or media information service companies)
- Proven ability to develop executive level customer relationships and leverage relationships for sales.
- Solid understanding of new business and account management sales motions, pipeline management, and solution selling.
- Sound knowledge base of information industry and technology.
- Solid strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Budget management and resource allocation experience.
- Strong overall business skills; strategic planning, competitive assessment, product development, and pricing are critical.
- Deep understanding of Strategic Selling, Value selling, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to successfully lead and manage by influence within a highly complex and matrixed organizational structure.
- Solid track record of success in leading growth by acquiring and retaining strategic customers.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage a very diverse team of Sales professionals and ability to inspire, coach, and motivate
- Implement and manage the operating rhythm with the various Sales teams in the UK and the Middle East
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive & fruitful professional relationship within the firm as well as with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated managing teams to strategic sales success with the Tier 1 EMEA organizations.
- Track record of exceeding quotas; recognition, awards
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Travel to industry events and in-person meetings within the UK and MEA
