Allstaff Office Division are delighted to Partner with a very well established growing organisation in Paisley who seek a Project Administrator to Support the company's supply chain operations by offering comprehensive administrative assistance, with additional responsibilities to aid the Supply Chain Project Coordinator in delivering efficient and effective resources for operational projects.
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Over 2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Teams.
- Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Knowledge of project management methods is a plus.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate with port, stores, and hauliers for day-to-day operations.
- Manage the operations inbox and calendar, logging activities, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Authorize and process operational invoices.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Work effectively within a project team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, KPI data, and develop performance reports.
- Organize and prepare meeting agendas, document feedback, and provide minutes to attendees.
- Provide guidance and support, addressing specific queries, maintaining records, and ensuring effective query resolution.
- Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform any other relevant administrative duties as required by the Operations & Logistics team.
