Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Authorising and processing of operational invoices.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed

Process and analyse project data whilst ensuring project documentation is up to date.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
