Customer Support Administrator

Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Raising Purchase Ordres nd sending supplier RFQ's
- Make effective use of downtime by assisting other colleges with tasks.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
