**Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for line managers and employees across the site
- Administer employee changes through their life cycle from joining to leaving
- Administer payroll on a weekly and monthly basis and input any adjustments for the external bureau to produce payslips and calculate financial reports
- Provide information for employees/ managers on existing policy and benefits
- Keep employee records and all administration up to date
- Provide advice to managers on best practice, policy and procedures
- Create a culture of health and wellbeing to support all employees
- Provide confidential advice and support to all employees
- Participate in specific projects as and when required to align HR goals with the business
**Person and skills required**:
- Experience working in a similar role as a HR Administrator
- CIPD qualified (Desirable)
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work with and support all employees across all functions
- Confident, strong communication skills
- Ability to show empathy in difficult situations
