About the Role

This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of their HR and administrative functions, contributing to the success of a company that values safety, sustainability, and strong relationships. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll also be the go-to person for effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Need
While previous experience supporting HR and payroll processes and administration is ideal, full training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a professional and adaptable attitude.
