With an immediate start available, you will be joining a well established manufacturing firm with progress and continuous improvement as top goals.
You will be responsible for over 100 members of staff.
Specific
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the principal contact for all Human Resource activity.
- Liaise with the Managers of each section/department.
- Demonstrate and communicate best practices in human resource management.
- Test and improve compliance with Company policies, HR regulations and legislation.
- Process the monthly payroll.
- Monitoring and helping to control overtime.
- Report to senior management on HR activity such as overtime, absenteeism and illnesses.
- Assist in the assessment of the training needs of the workforce, designing solutions, organising or procuring training services.
- To maintain personnel records and collaborate in the professional career system.
- To be the main point of contact for the existing work wear scheme.
- To manage the recruitment process from end to end as necessary.
- General office administration (including occasional switchboard cover).
