**Job Title: Advanced Practitioners**

**Location: Oxford**

We are delighted to offer a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practitioner who wishes to develop their career within an exceptional primary care environment.

**The duties** of the role may vary from time to time depending on current and evolving workloads and staffing levels:

- Prescribe and review medication.
- Ability to assess and make necessary referrals.
- Able to diagnose and treat patients of all ages presenting with acute problems and chronic diseases.
- Ability to efficiently prioritise and allocate care.
- Mix of face to face and telephone triage.
- Assess, take history and diagnose a range of acute and chronic presentations.

**Key requirements**:
Advanced Practitioner requirements and qualifications:

- Professional pin registered.
- At least six months’ primary care experience in GP setting over the last few years.
- MSC qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work unsupervised on a day to day basis and to manage/ prioritise a delegated caseload independently.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and as an effective and responsible member of the team.

As a AHP with Key Medical Services we can manage your diary and rota with ease, providing you complete rota management or if you are travelling.

Pay: £42.00-£55.00 per hour
